Last week during Chili Feed we participated in Montana Crunch Time to celebrate National Farm to School Month, local producers, and nutritious foods. We partnered with Pearson's Cantaloupe and enjoyed a refreshing bite all together at the Elementary School before the parade. PIONEERS UNITE WITH A JUICY BITE!
As part of the new Pioneer Producers program, Bob Quinn planted a large field of potatoes that will be sold to the school for the lunch program. The Elementary Students got the wonderful opportunity today to go out the Quinn farm and help pick some of those potatoes. They also had the added bonus of getting to see Charley Overbay's native corn field and enjoy helping pick some corn.
